SUMMER INTERN POSITION!
Internship Available
A summer intern is needed to assist the Granite State Organizing Project’s Campaign for Strong Communities and Secure Retirement. The Campaign is an effort to protect and preserve social security and to hold Federal, State and Local elected officials accountable for decisions they make which affect our the health of our communities.
Intern Duties: On line research regarding Presidential Primary candidates
Communication with team members via telephone, face book, blog and email
Update and maintain data base of volunteers and members
Assist members in organizing house meetings with elected officials
Assist team members with “bird dogging” presidential candidates form all parties on the question of preservation of social security
Required: Excellent communication skills, both on line and in person

Internship stipend may be available, depending on need. Mileage will be paid at the current IRS rate.
Interested in volunteering? GSOP has many things volunteers can do! Though GSOP does not have a formal internship program, we are willing to work with you to create an internship position.
